As you’re likely aware\, the CDC and the local DC government updated its latest guidance for vaccinated individuals. Starting June 27\, we will be having LIVE service and worship for BOTH our 9am and 11am services. Please read the information below to know more about the details and restrictions for the two services. \n\n\nHere are a few things to keep in mind: \n***UPDATE: If you have been FULLY vaccinated\, you can be exempt from the quarantine requirements per DC Government regulations (if you travelled out of state). We kindly ask that you bring your vaccination card as proof. Thanks for your patience and understanding. \n1. Our services will be broadcasted by live stream for BOTH 9am and 11am services and a recording will be posted on our website on Sunday afternoons. \n2. For those going in-person\, BOTH our 9am and 11am services will be LIVE!!! However\, our 9am service will remain to have “half and half” seating and masks are still required. This means half of the room will accommodate those who prefer to sit with PHYSICAL DISTANCING and half of the room will accommodate those who prefer to sit with NO PHYSICAL DISTANCING. For the 11am service\, there will be NO PHYSICAL DISTANCING IN THE WHOLE SANCTUARY and masks are required. We are doing our best\, with the resources and capacity that we have\, to provide an environment that is safe and comfortable for everyone who’s attending our services. \n3. Children’s classes (Grace Kids) will STILL NOT be in operation. Children will be seated with their parents. We are closely monitoring the developments with regards to children’s vaccinations and the changes it might bring forward in the near future. \n4. A temperature check and a brief screening will still be done before entering the building. \n5. Attendees will be guided to the appropriate exits immediately after the service has ended\, unless there is an event or meeting afterwards. \n6. Restrooms will be available for use with usual precautions taken. \n7. We STILL strongly suggest that anyone who is immunocompromised (UNLESS FULLY VACCINATED) refrain from attending service. \n8. If you are NOT FULLY VACCINATED\, we STILL strongly recommend practicing the 3 W’s (wear your mask\, watch your distance\, wash your hands) while indoors and during fellowship outdoors. \n9. Our shuttle from the Rhode Island Metro station is currently not in service. \n\n\nFAQs \nWhy do I have to register? This class is part of the GrowNGrace series and is a prerequisite for Freedom Weekend. \nEven after we have surrendered to Jesus as Lord\, there still may be spiritual\, mental\, or emotional areas where we need freedom. The Preparing for Freedom Weekend session is a small group discussion that takes place the Sunday before Freedom Weekend begins. It is designed to ensure that both participants and presenters have the proper heart posture heading into Freedom Weekend. Through the sharing of daily devotions leading up to Freedom Weekend\, participants will begin here by asking the Lord to begin revealing the areas where one may need freedom.
